U.S. Return & Exchange Policy for Orthotics and Other Items (Excluding Shoes): If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item for an exchange or refund for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Items that you return or exchange must be in the original condition in which you received them (new, unworn; no scuffs, scratches, or impressions, etc.) and in the original box or package. A 20% restocking fee PER PAIR or ITEM will apply to ALL returns and exchanges (including those returns received back due to insufficient and/or incorrect address information). Any item(s) received without the manufacturer's original packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Returns and exchanges are generally processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. Contact us at Returns@WalkPro.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and return address.

If you choose to cancel your PayPal order before shipment, we will refund the total purchase price minus PayPal's processing fee ($1.25).

Shoe Returns & Exchanges: All shoe returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item(s) received without the manufacturer's original packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges for shoe exchanges.

Shipping Options:  WalkPro offers United States Postal Service First Class or Priority shipping on most purchases. WalkPro is pleased to offer shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please allow 3 to 10 days for receipt within the United States when you order with free, standard shipping. International orders generally arrive within 14 days of shipment; however, delays may occur in customs.  We strive to ship your products as quickly as possible. Most items are in stock and ship within 3 business days. Occasionally, WalkPro may sell out of a particular item. We will ship your order once it is complete, or we will remove the out of stock item from the invoice and ship only for the items charged. 

Sales Tax: Orders for the state of Kentucky will be subject to 6% sales tax.

International buyers: Please contact us via email at Sales@WalkPro.com for international shipping rates.  Free shipping applies to U.S. destinations only.
